Let's see ways you can improve your mood, become more resilient, and have more fun in life.


Make social interaction a priority, especially face-to-face

Speak with a friendly face. One of its most effective strategies to relax the nervous system and decrease stress is to engage in in-person social engagement with someone who cares.


Start a relaxing routine


Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, & deep breathing can all assist in lowering overall stress levels.


Prioritize leisure and reflection


Leisure time is essential for one's emotional and mental wellness. Take some time to relax, reflect, and pay attention to the potential aspects of the day – even the minor ones. If one can, write them down since they are easy to forget. Then, if their mood needs a pick-me-up, users may dwell on them afterward.


Consume a brain-healthy diet to maintain good mental health


Fatty fish high in omega-3s, nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, and peanuts), beans, avocados, leafy greens (spinach, kale, and Brussels sprouts), and fresh fruit such as blueberries are all good for overall mood.


Don't shortchange yourself on sleep


It is more important than users realize. One strategy to improve overall sleep is to avoid screen stimulation two hours before bedtime (TV, phones, tablets, or laptops).
