Fremont, CA: Med-Metrix, a leading supplier of technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management ("RCM") solutions and a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners ("AMCP"), acquired PatientPal, Inc. ("PatientPal"). PatientPal is a front-end RCM software solutions supplier for patient interaction, including patient scheduling, pricing estimation, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and payment solutions. The unique front-end RCM software developed by PatientPal enhances Med-patient Metrix's intake technology and service capabilities.
PatientPal will remain to service more than 40 clients in 35 states, representing a diverse range of healthcare providers. As PatientPal's software interfaces with Electronic Medical Record ("EMR") systems, the purchase expands Med-Robotic Metrix's Process Automation ("RPA") capabilities, allowing for the automation of conventional front desk functions. PatientPal was created in 2017 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
"We are excited to welcome the PatientPal team to Med-Metrix. AMCP looks forward to supporting Med-Metrix's current trajectory, including continued organic growth and additional M&A opportunities," said Rob Haisch, a Partner of AMCP.
"This strategic transaction exemplifies our commitment to providing our current and prospective healthcare customers with differentiated RCM technology," said Joseph Davi, Founder and CEO of Med-Metrix. "We believe Adam and Ben have built a great company with a fantastic technology platform.
